Blackletter, as small as possible, as elegant as possible.

Fun fact: The name Minotur came from the shortening of "minimal textur".

Great work. Fraktur mon amour. 10/10

A beautiful contemporary blackletter, its different elements echoed in slight variations: the thin vertical bar, the diagonal, the triangle, the diamond; a wonderful illlustration of what can be done on a small grid with all the new fontstruct features.

Thanks all for the humble appreciation, as always!
@architaraz: Yes, it had been a long day since I became increasingly busy in real life. So happy to come back here and get back my typographical spirit :)
@four: That's it. Without recent awesome FS improvements, this year-abandoned project will not be done, at least not as elegant as I could achieve right now.

An excellent display of your skills. Great use of composites! Reminds me of the work of Büro Destruct and in my world that's a huge compliment :-)

10/10 and fav

I love "Minutor" too, but *not begging* with a distinctive lowercase, it'd be even more usable(?).

How did you make that A?! 10/10

Comment by Floppy T 11th october 2017

@Floppy T:  in case cablecomputer can't sign in for a while and sees your question: for the A try out #quarter ring #square # half square #bricks to make 1x2 slopes. Also see if nudging and/or filters are needed.

Comment by Aeolien 11th october 2017

2x2 filters?

Comment by anonymous-1466233 12th october 2017

I like the dropped tail Jj! 10 out of 10

For some reason, this font reminds me of the opening to the sitcom "Happy Days". It has a retro '50s look to it.
