A roman typeface with short ascenders & descenders, inverse axes and stylised ink traps. Suggestions are welcome; I'm particularly uncomfortable with s, but also f, j, k, t, v, w, x, y and z.

You have achieved a very elegant design. Is the 'M' a wee bit wide?

Thanks. I've altered M a bit, but think it looks perhaps a little unbalanced with two differently angled strokes in the centre.

Pretty font! I like the current B the best, but you could also consider something like this:

I like what you've done there, but what I have wanted was a large bottom loop. At first I wanted it to be the height of the lowercase, but the extent to which I had to cram the top loop (is that what you call 'em?) made it look very ugly. The current design's meeting point is in line with the crossbars of H, F, E and perhaps some others. I will certainly be experimenting with your design as Beta.
