I tried to understand how the program exchanged some of the bricks while leaving others of the same shape untouched. I gave up on that research though ... where I was unhappy with the look of a glyph I added, removed or replaced some bricks in the interest of esthetics and there has been quite a lot of nudging to change brick positions for a more logical distribution of 'gaps'. I find this version quite pleasing. Intentional design based on the clone of My Unintended.

Suffice it to say, I think it comes from SOME of your bricks being selected from the "master collection" and some of them having been clicked from your "quick selection" group
