1. Make the descenders of the same size as ascenders.
2. Remove that strange thing on the q.
(You're not making a ɋ, are you?)
3. Make the I look like ɪ, but of capital size.
4. Tame your diacritics.
2: The thingy on the q is kinda natural. Some people usually like to write their q's that way, especially in cursive.
3: I don't want to change the I too much because: (1) I want to keep the 2x7 feel and (2) it would change some "More Latin" characters like the Í Dramatically.
2&3: Some changes to the normal alphabet could add some more "pizzazz" to your everyday font. I learned this while looking at williamtoon's curly brackets on his Pixel Mismatch font. Instead of curving out, they curved in. It gave his font a "unique feel", I said.
No offense regarding anything I have said (because I'm always afraid that someone will hate me for some random thing I've said (which happened several times already)) and I will play around with the q and I (perhaps the Í) and make a final decision.

There is nothing wrong with adding some pizzazz to your letters, but make sure they are all in the same style. No letter is an island. They ought to work in concert to produce the best looking text.
@Frodo7 Thanks for the encouragement and advice. I just don't know how to incorporate all of that cool stuff. I made the descenders 4 pixels tall because I wanted to add that little fancy g. And I understand that the 2-pixel tall ascenders look weird with it. I can't find a way to make the ascenders higher (or the descenders lower without overexerting myself or my mother yelling at me to get off the computer (you know what I mean...).
@opipik now that I know what diacritics are, what do you mean by taming them?
Thanks to all of you. I can try to use this for my better fonts and only use the little fancy g when I need to.
Anything I left out?
