A 5x5 pixel font, but with the pixels being the letters themselves.

Looks like an original work to me. A few others have done similar ideas, although I didn't see those until I had tried it myself. I know frodo7 has one.
I just added the 'Recursive' tag to mine. I suggest you also add the 'Fractal' and 'Self Symetry' tags to this.
