I had to guess at 800x350 for this one's resolution with some calculations:
Assume the width of 640 is at 96dpi. (The height of Windows 3.0MME's 120DPI fonts is the same as the corresponding sizes in EGA, which is why I based this version off of EGA.)
640 / 96 = 6.66666666666666666
that * 120 = 800
Pixel aspect ratio of...
640/800 = 0.8
0.8 * 0.73 (EGA's pixel width relative to px height of 1) = 0.584
0.584:1.
