Another fantastic design & an interesting take on cursive typefaces

Comment by tortoiseshell 12th february 2021

So elegant, clear, highly readable, and with those pretty serifs... What a beauty, compañero!

How I love this fresh geometric connected script with its chunky glyphic serifs and the ribbon-like zigzagging forms it weaves between adjacent letters. Great work, four!

Yet the x feels unresolved. Your symmetric low-waisted form avoids other problems... Still, I’ll suggest this direction if you haven't already tried it.

Overall, this is just so cool and damn near perfect. 10/10

Congratulations! FontStruct Staff have deemed your FontStruction worthy of special mention. “Scripted” is now a Top Pick.

I wonder if it would be possible to allow the lowercase f and r to connect to the next letter as seen in this example… (This was made in MS Paint) so there may be slight breaks in slanted lines in the sample)

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 15th february 2021

Congratulations on the TP! I'm with will.i. ૐ & BWM about the connection between those glyphs, but I know it's a somewhat complex "problem" to solve. Anyway, the font is beautiful without these few enhancements.

Comment by elmoyenique 16th february 2021

Thank you @William Leverette, good to see you here again! I was wrestling with that x and tried different things including something similar to your solution. I'll come back to it in a couple of days to look at it again.

Thanks for the TP @Rob Meek, much appreciated!

Thanks for your suggestions for f and r @BWM! I'll include them as alternatives.

Thank you @elmoyenique!

This font is really great!, but the apostrophe is a little bit off. If I type the word "don't", it comes out looking like "doń t" instead.
