Inspired by TechnoDisplayCapsSSK, (C) 1992 Southern Software, Inc. [and 4 glyphs from the MICR font E-13B]. Non-AlphaNumeric Glyphs absent from TechnoDisplayCapSSK are designed by Goatmeal. Original design is "Moore Computer" (~1968).

The font was originally called Moore Computer, and is believed to have been created circa 1968. Here is some more information:
