This is the current OS/2 Orca font which took inspiration from MS Sans Serif.

First established in January 16th, 1997.

This was just after Windows's first MS Sans Serif font, which was on August 6th, 2004.

Nicely done with the tweakings of your original MS Sans Serif font!
