Groszak, your odd uppercase "W" (I'm unsure if you're the first fontstructer to have introduced it)… it reminds me of the pointer symbol in the video game Syndicate (I archived this pseudo-font as "Syndicate (Amiga) - 3x5 characters, 1993-06-06 Electronic Arts by Bullfrog Productions.png".)
But other than that, your letters have pretty interesting candidates, in a US-ASCII format for instance (sadly, you stopped again before it got too difficult).
From my researches (and my valid 3x4 outcome), many 3x4 designs are feasible. [I might even have seen a (close-to?) valid US-ASCII on the web (it's unlikely to be shared on FontStruct, because it takes time and money, but we never know, I'll check that in due time).] You preferred a 3 x-height here, OK, it's probably the easier design (i.e. w/o descender - FYI, I provided 2 and 4 x-h designs too, in my unreleased type, of course). "4689" make your set of numerics almost illegible, where you overlooked several solutions IMO (or you just wanted to showcase your great creativity, as a prank?).
More comment on request (I won't unveil my US-ASCII designs here).
