Recreation of the ingame font from "Star Ocean: The Second Story" for the original PlayStation.
This font also supports EU languages as well as Japanese. I'll have to get the ROMs to see exactly how those glyphs are drawn (Yes, I own the physical discs for this game). If the EU/JP versions have the same metrics, I'll append them to this font.
Version 1.1: Improved and shrank the tokens so that they can fit into the corner of an unflipped tile.

Included are reverse sides as well as wildcard/Joker sides (normally not present in Piecepack). These are always the last two in each series.
Experimental font doodle made with the pizza slice brick. It reminds me of the keeled scales of a viper.
This creates many distinct visual effects depending on size and coloring!
A stencil design in which diagonal cuts are used to imply angles and curves. It does not quite obey the rules of a segmented display, but it tries its best!
This is inspired by some text I put on the side of the Sheepslayer Mk.2, a flying dragon car piloted by Lyll "Hatch" Soretti in my game Seven Candles.

A friendly, but slightly obtuse font. I think these polygons are the smallest and simplest ones which can be made with stock FS bricks and used to create glyphs with a truly circular appearance. This only works up to a certain size before the look reverts to that of a polygonal sans-serif, but it works very well up to that point!
This is the culmination of knowledge gained from several other experiments, such as Marginalia. It should be very difficult to make a smoother font from this at the same grid size while still using stock FS bricks.
Some kerning is done, but the majority of it will be done once every glyph is considered to be perfected. For now, you can use vector software (like Inkscape) to manually kern pairs.
The main font used by MARENGI Omnisystems in my video game series, "Endless Sea Of Stars". These letterforms can be found engraved into or projected onto practically every piece of MO technology. This script was designed in 2011 to be suitable for printing, logo design, art, and many other purposes. It lacks the constant height which most of my other pixel fonts have, but makes up for it with its bookish appearance.
Unfortunately, replicating the exact design of the antialiased version of this font is impossible, not only on FontStruct, but on all software other than ESOSVM. This is because ESOSVM uses a custom renderer which makes use of proprietary techniques. Marengi HD comes close, but not very.

By request, a polygonal font with a slightly militaristic feeling.
The truncated polygonal perimeter of most glyphs is somewhat inspired by the lettering on World War I planes, tanks, and ships. These forms of lettering tended to have more square aspect ratios. I changed that to give this font more personality and to condense it so more text could fit on a line.
In terms of what modern military setting this might fit into, it looks very Air Force- or Navy-esque to my eye. Check out contemporary video games and recruitment materials relating to those two branches and you'll see what I mean.
Alternate font for the game "Naïvely". This one is made according to considerations present in pixel art rather than typography.
This smaller design will probably be used for the in-game dialogue, alongside "Madufaros Mini" which will be used to name the character who is speaking.
An attempt to make an entire alphabet by modifying a single heptagon shape. (The "O" is the basis for almost all other glyphs.)
An alternate version of this was made in which I used different bricks to make the width of every line homogeneous. However, it was found that this robbed the font of much of its character. Additionally, the visual effect presented by the increased line width actually made the font less even-looking than it is now. This proved true with and without antialiasing.
One of the many fonts used in "Hammerin' Harry: Ghost Building Company" by Irem for the Game Boy. This one can be seen on the title screen.
None of the fonts used in the game seem to have been completed. Analysis with VBA's Tile Viewer reveals only the glyphs needed to spell out what little text exists. In particular this font has only the glyphs "BCDEILMNORSTY139©". Thus, I took it upon myself to make the font more complete.
I did not add lowercase, since it's impossible to tell what style it would have been drawn in. EVERY font in the game is in uppercase... though some of the others do have small caps for "lowercase".
Experimenting with a new letter concept. This is not the final concept of course, but I developed this along the way, so I kept it.
For best results, use upper and lower case on seperate layers, then merge them together.
Verbossus in sans-serif!
This is a clone of VerbossusOn its way home from Galacto-Zorgalorg, Kitchen Sink crashed on a strange exoplanet. It emerged from its ship to discover the ground was dimethylmercury and the atmosphere smelled of broccoli. As Kitchen Sink obstinately fumbled around outside its ship, it fell into a Pixelation Pit! This quantized Kitchen Sink's body like a garbage disposal, resulting in the form we see here. Pixelated, space-marooned and anthropomorphized at the same time - that's the fate of Kitchen Sink. What a FREAKIN' WEIRDO!

This is a clone of MotormouthNirvanite Fossil with round shapes changed to diamonds.
I think this one is the toughest to read in the family - even harder than Nirvanite Pixel. Oh well!
This is a clone of Nirvanite FossilJust a variation of an existing design. Spacing values were changed to break the chains, and "space" & "no-break space" were made blank.
This is a clone of Might ChainExperimental brush/pen thing. Has a slightly spooky look. Because of their tapering curves, many glyphs can render with a "split" or "stencil" look about them. This is due to software-imposed limitations on vector rendering. Designs which share this property can be considered Pseudostencils.
This design is not informed or inspired by any existing typographical traditions. I set out to make the "claw" bricks (as I call them) into a font and this is the result.
