I produced this for my "communicating with words" first year module on the BA(Hons) Graphic Design course at UWE Bristol, England. It pays homage to Ralph Steadman and is a true testament to what you can do on fontstruct, if you’re willing to spend a week in front of a computer in your underpants.

Special thanks to thalamic for reviewing and giving me suggestions for improvements.
A modernish sans on a fairly small grid. The x-height is 7 grid squares, the cap height is 9 grid squares, and the ascenders & descenders on the lowercase go to 10 grid squares.
All natural curves, mainly using the macaroni bricks. This is a clone

This Fonstruction was created in my first year studying graphic design at UWE. The design brief was to create a typeface using the key word; 'ornate'. I have taken heavy influence from gothic fonts and architecture, looking in particular at religion and religious texts.
