Don't worry, this is not a font, this is a picture game. Please, type any uppercase character in the user input window from A to T, then the same character but in the lowercase and then press the space before repeat the operation with other character that you want: Aa (space) Bb (space) Cc (space)... And... Surprise! Here you are my crazy pixel friends. After this, you can mix the characters and play a little bit more creating some funny "monsters": Bd (space) Hp (space) Pt... There are 400 variations to try. Enjoy them!
I was playing with tiles and designed this font as units to create visual texture. Hiding letters in them came to me by accident when I did an overlay instead of a straight copy-paste. The letters are pleasently difficult to see - but for tiling interesting units in large sizes this font should be suitable.

This is a clone of CASIOpeia (fx-7700G)As a first year graphic design student at UWE this is my first attempt at creating a typeface on Fontstruct based around the theme of ‘hope’. Looking at this theme I explored the words; dream, desires and wishing leading me to the classic phrase, ‘when you wish upon a star’ and have therefore, based my typeface on stars. Through research, I looked at the patterns and layouts of star constellations to find that they are only made up of straight lines and circles, which is why I have formed a simple lettering using only these two basic forms, incorporating the concept of star constellations.
Albatros is the result of a research on the correlation between genius and mental instability in great artists, philosophers and poets. As in Baudelaire's poetry, it symbolises those who are misunderstood and thus isolated and derided. The albatross is a clumsy bird, but once in the sky and raised over the mass it shows everyone its great wingspan. We are all albatrosses until we are given the opportunity to discover the wings power.
