TYPE-O-NEG4TIVE ― Avant-Garde reverse-contrast inspired sans
═════════════════════════
Experimental endeavor into avant-garde, reversed-contrast inspired letterforms.
I will explain the font in more detail bellow in the comment section.
Cheers
A tribute to Belgian modernist artist "Jozef Peeters" (Antwerp, 1895 - 1960).
He is probably best known for contributions to legendary Belgian avant garde magazines "Het Overzicht" and "DeDriekhoek".
The alphabet I made is based on the letters seen on the folder art for his 1921 linocut portofolio.
(I made use of a couple of lower case letters to make slight variations similar as seen on the original artwork but most lower case are simply copied from the upper case letters.)
Recap of the lettering from Dutch hardware store-chain "GAMMA".
I have absolutely zero clue on who originally designed it.
(If someone here knows more about the origins please let me know, thanks)
Nonetheless it's a pretty cool futuristic looking design as well as a tribute to its predecessors that set the tone for the genre at the start of the last century.
As usual the alphabet is completed and some punctuations is added.
STF_PRÆSENS - A geometric retro display sans
The source for this font was the lettering seen on the cover of 1930's second issue of "Præsens". A Polish avant-garde artistic magazine from the interwar period that was designed by the architect Szymon Syrkus. The letters on the magazine's title formed the baseline to extrapolate the complete font.
The magazine got published throughout the first part of the previous century and was similar to other magazines from that same era such as:
DeStijl, Wendingen & Het Overzicht.
Another tribute to the great Dutch graphical designer/pioneer "Jurriaan Schrofer".
This time I didn't do a straight foreward recap of a specific work from the great man, but rather had myself inspired by a number of his sketches and combined those ideas all into this type! (Nonetheless ofcourse still heavily inspired by..)
Here are a few of the original works I drawn inspiration from:
"A.S.C. COMMUNICATIONS, SEMINOTICS, SIGNAGE SYSTEM PTT 1975 (Dutch Post Office) , BEURS VAN BERLAGE, UNREADABLE ALPHABET"

Revision of a typeface for one of my all-time favorite record labels, the German (Frankfurt)"Planet Core Productions". The typeface was seen on many of their vinyls and cds as well as various other stuff. It originated back in 1992 and was custom made by Paul Nicholson for Planet Core Productions.
The original came as a minuscules (lowercase) only, plus it had fewer symbols & punctuation marks. So I took the liberty of filling in the blanks, and expand the character set.
Besides the inclusion of a uppercase set I also added some extra symbols and punctuations as well as a hand full of alternative forms that I gathered from various media such as CD, vinyl and posters.
This is the Rounded style variation for F.F.M. and this version features rounded/soft corners.
The main purpose for the digital recreation of the label's typefaces is to supplement in the creation of Planet Core Productions related literary scribings. The typefaces are the property of Planet Core Productions and were originally designed by P. Nicholson.
Cheers
This is a cloneStyle variation in the SEMIOTICA type family.
A type family based on the lettering seen on the book cover of "Semiotica - Journal of the International Association for Semiotic Studies" published by Mouton. The letters and book cover were originally designed by "Jurriaan Schrofer".
As usual I completed the alphabet plus numerics and added numerous punctuations.

This is a cloneA piece of constructivism inspired by Dutch artistic movement "De Stijl".
This is a clone of STF_FABRICON_(OUTLINE)Inspired by the lettering found on a vintage sheet music cover art for "La Java bousculée" released in 1924. Cover illustration and letters are designed by "Robert Laroche".
I attempted to complete the alphabet and numeral plus some punctuations!

Another revival of the works originally designed by great dutch graphic designer Jurriaan Schrofer
The original source for this fontStruction was the cover of 1963 paperback: "i10 de internationale avant-garde tussen de twee wereldoorlogen"
by Lehning, Arthur & Jurriaan Schrofer

This is a optimized re-entry of my very first fontstruct entry. Which was in loving memory of "Jurriaan Schrofer". it was a attempt to re-create a alphabet from late great dutch graphic designer "Jurriaan Schrofer".
Unfortunatly the first entry that I published had some imperfections, and which for the most part were removed in this version.
No true uppercase glyph set for this style (yet), and the only small difference between the Uc and Lc strings is the dot above (i j).
