A playful stencil-type font that's best used for a headline or small amount of type. I'm not happy with some of the letters like the K and the R and they will need to be tweaked. This is a work in progress.

The title refers to a song by Pavement called Range Life.
I will be a grown up typeface someday.

This decorative typeface was created around the idea of a playful letterform. Inspired by the idea of the incan symbols and shapes. This is a clone of FS_maya regular

This decorative typeface was created around the idea of a playful letterform. Inspired by Stefan Sagmeister's letterings my goal was to create a design that has similarities to a handwriting font. The idea of 'light bulb' comes from the movie headlines in the 20's.

Starting from the word 'squishy', I thought about how children play with very tactile things. If something has a tactile nature it will appeal to children to play with it and 'squish' it. From this I explored how sponges are very squeezable and photographed them in different ways. Alongside this thought process I was also sketching water in letter forms and loved how it appears to have a squishy texture in itself because it is fluid. Combining these ideas, I experimented with cutting sponges into letter forms, applying paint, squishing them and creating a typeface based on the marks they leave behind on a laminate table surface.

In my opinion, marker fonts are quite fun to make. This one reminds me of Salem! and Swash Buckle, by architaraz and laynecom. Thanks and enjoy!

Something along the lines of architaraz. Kerning isn't perfect, but who cares? :)

Balloon Face
A fun typeface with a hand rendered feel, inspired by the art of balloon sculpturing. Also a take on the popular graffiti style of bubble writing, as seen and researched in bristol city centre.

Danuni is a track by F.X. Randomiz which I listened to when starting this typeface. It has hardly anything to do with the final version, though. This is a clone

"Samoa" is another bold typeface experiment where I used the filters (1.6). Looks striking to me although I´m not sure about Z, 4 and 7...How do you like it? Write a comment!
