Blocky letters have thick straight lines, minimized intersections, and emphasized serifs, which invert from the typical "fluted" style to a bolder "lump" style.

The original plan was to make a font based on ancient runes, and I did that here, http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/1067592, howver before I finished that one I wanted a font that was based on ancient runes but that at the same time looked modern, It was with that in mind that this font came into existence.
Straight lines and sharp angles define the shapes. The double lines one the left are present with the theme in mind, asymmetry.
