This is a clone of Bust-A-Move (FRONT)Presenting Hot-B, Natsume and Taito's Palamedes, released in 1990. This font is similar to S.C.A.T.: Special Cybernetic Attack Team, which was created by Patrick H. Lauke (redux).
Nothing much, only that hiragana and katakana support have been added.
