Another of Dr. Zeph's* mad experiments! This is an Alien Latin Groovy Minimalist Thingamabob with numerous unique forms of dyslexia-inducing ambiguity. It reads surprisingly well at small size!

This typeface was inspired after researching into what the word fluid could mean. I looked into the form of liquid state and how it moved. I tried to replicate this with drawings but then had trouble replicating it in fontstruct. I think that this typeface is useful only for large scale use as its creates a dazzle when small, and is also only in capitals.

A font designed so that all the letters, and most of the symbols look well... curly.

For the goddess Circe ...
Elegant, feminine, joyful, rounded, with a positive swing to it.
Working with shapes and 'frames' I made this for the "mix-and-match" set of decorative fonts called CIRCE. The caps can be used as a "majuscle" but might overload visually if used exclusively in a text? The LC are quite legible in smaller sizes.
This font is "all rights reserved" until I have finished the 5 "Circe" font sets.

For the goddess Circe ...
Playing with shapes and 'frames' I made this for a "mix-and-match" family of decorative fonts called CIRCE. The caps look great as a "majuscle" but can also be used at the beginning of sentences (breathtaking alternative, try it in text without a full-stop after a sentence). Arched numbers could be useful to indicate the result of a maths question ;)
Use of punctuation marks in an arch might make a plain CIRCE text more eyecatching. They can be used as a decorative element, as divider, etc.etc.
A single empty arch is available on the "=", double empty arches on the "[", "]" and "/", triple empty arches on the "<" and ">" Those few other puctuation marks I made are on their respective places :)

The font Flomotion is the outcome to my first semester at UWE, studying Graphic Design. The task was to create a full typeface on the font building website, fontstruct.com. The final design had to relate to a chosen theme, my chosen theme for this project was Motion in which I pursued the subject of optical illusions. I liked the idea of trying to create a false sense of movement with a font, taking inspiration from existing optical illusions with the same effect. This then led me to look at the 'Op' art movement of the 1960's, in particular the extensive work of Bridget Riley. Her use of black and white line giving the illusion of depth had a big influence on my work and I think my final design reflects this.

This is an Asian inspired font again. Every letter contains a curl terminal.

This font was inspired by the curl that many Thai letters have.

I suppose catching butterflies is a sport. And it's also a swimming discipline ;)
Use <>, (), [] and {} for wings in the beginning and end of words.
