a square typeface intened to be used for single words, small phrases or for brand names and logos. However i feel it does have a nice textural look when used for large bodies of text. My first published type of Fontstruct. Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
This font was made for a university project where we designed a typeface based on a chosen theme (Mine being rebirth)
I hope you enjoy my deconstructed abstract font which explores an alternative take on typography

This is a clone of Variety RoundCharted from historic cross stitch book Maison Sajou Miniature Album no. 4. The samplers generally don't include I or W so I created the I from the base vertical element and the W from two Vs. The pattern was found on http://patternmakercharts.blogspot.com/2009/08/sajou-n-4.html
This started elegantly thin with rounded corners and the name 'memoire', but it developed some electric sharpness through parallel angled lines ;) demanding that I remove curved corners. Work in progress, one of these days I'll add Polish or very basic Greek glyphs .
I've returned too late to make a special font for the Reversecomp. I already had changed some aspects of the "Lord Calendulos" version of Calendula set in the clone taken and finished this Lady version today. As my competition entry I flipped the Lady Calendula glyphs horizontally. This means my reversecomp entry font "Calendula Lady" can be used like a plane shadow when placed under Lady Calendula.
This is a clone of Lady CalendulaAnother font in the "First of the Month" series.
Based on a shape experiment with octagons this design has grown into a 'real' font fit for headlines and messages to suit October and Hallows Eve/Halloween/Samhein. I'll add MoreLatin diacritics if you need them. It would look good on cards for Halloween.
My typeface currently encapsulates the verb “protect” through two opposing connotations; one of them being to self protect; this phrase is conventionally associated with weapons, and I have illustrated this through sharp edged strokes to imitate knife-like objects. The other being is to hide; this is inferred the personification of the fact that elements of my letters are hiding themselves.
This is a font inspired by the word decorative. It uses letterforms that have been flipped and rotated multiple times to create a pattern. Each Letter is made up of 4 simplified letters. It is a display font as it is difficult to read, and should only be used for large scale posters or as a decorative type.
