imitating lead lettering
this took an awful lot of time again :/ i know the letters should actually be mirrored like on real lead letters but i prefered readability. i'm not that happy with the result. but i guess it's as good as it gets.
use "_" for a filling glyph. may take some time till the download starts, i used a LOT of bricks. :o

This is my first font here at Fontstruct. It was fun to do it. I wanted to make a font that looked like it was made by hand, and rough looking. I hope you like it.

LCD or LED display typeface. Inspired by the baggage claim LED scrolling message system at the Oakland Airport. Yes, I "cheated" on the Latin accents, but it was a nice challenge in getting them to work in the small space. Looks deceptively simple, but tricky to get to preview properly. Use the grave key ` to type blank spaces.

Based on a font from a receipt for plutonium discovered in a De Lorean. Missing characters were added, as well as Greek, Cyrillic, and Hebrew characters.
UPDATED 24 February 2009 - Now a true monospace font. Narrow characters repositioned closer to the centre of the space. Fixed Registered Sign. Added new "More Latin" characters. This is a clone of Nuclear Depot Plutonium

very much inspired by the screen design of a fictional television show hosted by Bruno, a charakter created by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen. Hence the name.
If someone knows if there exists a typeface used for the original please let me know.

I hate Times New. It deserves to be smudged, eroded, distressed, manipulated and otherwise abused.
*Note: I wasn't looking at anything as a reference when I did this; probably should have - the "W" and the "M" would have looked better, but frankly, Times New doesn't deserve the attention to detail. : )

I really like the way this one turned out. It uses minimal grid blocks to achieve the desired effect (although at ~2x2 and the slivers and the pinhole dots, there are a surprisingly large number of actual bricks used per glyph than evident at a quick glance, although not a single overlapping brick is used without express purpose). I think this is my favorite of all the ones I've done so far. It is with nervous anticipation that I let it free. Go forth and propagate, young font; it's You v World!
