Emil has a sympatic character, even if he has his little edges and corners. Nevertheless, Emil is not too eccentric.  It' s possible to work with him and maybe Emil will go one step further towards italics...?

Is it just me or did you miss a brick on the lowercase D?

Other than that, it's still a pretty nice font… 10/10

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 7th november 2020

@BWM_excellent eye! Thank you, I will correct that immediately.

Dear Maestra: beautiful and very interesting font, as usual in yours. I'm amazed at your bold and imaginative solutions for serifs and kerning, and about glyphs, I love their thorny asymmetry, especially on letters like O and o. Great work. And your final dingbats are so cute. PS: I think another curved brick has been forgotten at the bottom of your z.

oh yes, you are right! ; ))

@elmo_Thank you very much.

Another little detail: it seems like your Ð has missing its horizontal stroke. I'm right?

The angles on the b d p q give this lots of sass and character. Love this.

Why does this font use a "nasalised" heart?

Comment by Enzo Bicudo Pepi (MetrikEnzyme) 21st november 2020

@MetrikEnzyme It isn't a nasalized heart, it is a fleuron… More info about it on this Wikipedia page

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 22nd november 2020

But it looks like one!
