The lowercase ґ feels a bit inconsistent with г and ѓ…

You have a few few problems with Cyrillic. Firstly, there are a lot of letters of the Bulgarian Cyrillic alphabet (г д и й п т ц ш щ ь ъ ы), when letters З к И are already more classic (к н ю have not enough serifs). The striving for monospace in Ж Ы Ф Ш Ю is meaningless, ж can be as wide as double к. З and Э should not differ so much. Since this is Didone (modern face), terminal of б will look more fitting to the old face, like a broad nib. In the Latin alphabet, an obvious mistake is the height t. And the contrast of strokes in N U, although, maybe this is your deliberate decision.
