2020 Vision. It's ironic because 20/20 is supposed to represent clear vision. But this is what the vision of 2020 looked like. Nothing was clear. Except for the intuitive astrologers. As a group, they predicted things that were going to happen months before anything happened. Maybe we should start listening.

One of the things I've enjoyed most about the twenties competition is how diverse the interpretations have been. Great font too with awesome construction.

@geneus1: G1 2020 Vision would have been my pick because of the seamless and delicate pattern you’ve created (only visible at higher magnification). I experimented with a similar pattern back in 2009 but could not make the corners to my satisfaction. Perhaps, I should revisit the problem armed with the new features of Fontstruct. Again, congratulations.

Thank you all for the positivity and the accolades in the FS 20's Competition.

The creation of this font was a lot like going through 2020 for me. Maybe others can relate::

• Painstakingly creating each part of it while the outcome is something totally unclear.
• Knowing that no matter how carefully it is put together, communication will be out of focus.
• Finding some semblance of order out of chaos.
• If you zoom in, it can look like an intricate mess.
• What was regularly known was either fading away or wasn’t there anymore.
• By the end, much of what was normal seemed to be lost and gone forever.

Those who were lucky were able to see themselves more clearly in the process.
But the whole thing is more than an optical illusion.
Ironically, we are the ones that are halftoned now.
May we focus on the resiliency of clear vision from here.
Envision Peace.
Envision Overcoming.
Envision Joy.
Envision Freedom.
Envision Wellness.
Envision Equality.
Envision Love.
Envision a world where these visions have already happened.
I’ll meet you there.
