@thalamic - Wow, I really like this update.  The circles remind me of rivets or grounding snaps.  Great work!  :^)

@thalamic - And unless it's intentional, the spacing on the right side of the 'T' appears to be a little off.

Congratulations! FontStruct Staff have deemed your FontStruction worthy of special mention. “tm Electronic 2” is now a Top Pick.

I'm with Goatmeal, great update! ❤️

With your permission, I am going to dare to comment on something and I hope that you will consider it positively, because that is my intention, dear Master. I understand that the differences in thickness of the connections between the nodes of each glyph are stylistic, but I do not fully understand when those smooth connections are missing or the rounded end in any of them (M, S, W, X, Y, k, x , 4, 7, +...) because they seem to me that then they do not fit with the rounded appearance of the others. PS: BTW, the link to the original font reports a "403 Forbidden".

Congratulations, Master thalamic!!

@Goatmeal: Thanks. 'fs electronic' was a recreation so I didn't have stylistic freedom. This version is my own interpretation so I got to play around with the shapes. The T appears to be off on the right side because I didn't kern ST pair. I'll fix it.

@meek: Thank you for the honor.

@elmoyenique: I fully understand what you mean. There are structural inconsistencies in the glyphs. Why are not all connections the same? The answer are: 1. I was just being wacky and playful. The inconsistencies were whimsical decisions. More artistic representation of that which doesn't really allow for such artistic freedom, i.e. typeface design. 2. thalamic has done enough fonts in the past that follow strict established rules for each font. I didn't think I needed to prove I can be consistent if need be so I bent the rules randomly, well, pseudo-randomly. 3. I don't expect these fonts to actually be used for anything. All my fonts are just little puzzles that I try to put together. That fun is in the creation. Most times I follow the rules; this time I didn't. I don't know why.

But most importantly, I really appreciate you taking the time to look at each of the glyphs so closely. That is the best response I can expect to get. Thank you.

Apparently, 'fs electronic' was set to Private for some reason. I've made it Public again. The link should work now.

Thank you for your kind explanation, Master. You tend to be so orderly always in your fonts that I did not understand at first that this was going with its hair in the wind. I too made a similar attempt, but without daring to stray too far from the path.

@elmoyenique: Your "attempt" is as authentic a version as I've ever seen. You deserve congratulations for it.

@elmoyenique - I completely agree with @thalamic; as big of a fan of the "Stedelijk" design, I'm not sure how I missed yours from a few years ago...  :^(
