The Arabic version of an eggcrate display, based on a 1991 Saudi Arabian game show called "Race against The Clock" (سباق مع الساعة)

The eggcrate display is an older form of displaying an alphanumeric character using lightbulbs, similar to a dot matrix display. (Used in different game shows and vintage sports scoreboards)

The Eastern Arabic (Arabic-Indic numerals) are taken from digital clocks from the Cairo Metro.

I also added Cyrillic (Russian + Bulgarian), with the regular lowercase letters

The uppercase Cyrillic letter shcha (sometimes written as "scha" or "šča") is written similarly to Old Church Slavonic.
