At the core of it, this is basically just 10.7 pt. rasterised Verdana Bold.

I'm aware that TF2 users with monitors that have resolutions higher than 1080p will have Verdana Bold rendered at a bigger font size than this. This font is meant to capture font render for 1080p monitor users.
