A more bookish take on Comicool, made for more comfortable general reading. It's still useful for comics, as well!
Many letters were squared off in the corners, lowercase letters were given stems, and an assortment of glyphs were edited for more style.
This is the third iteration of Comicool... rather than develop them all toward one style, I tried to make each iteration the best it could be. The result is three distinct, but still compatible styles. This one is probably the best for body text!
This is a clone of ComicoolABOUT THE FONT
7 Segment Display is a Font using only 7 Segments that can turn off or on independently to display number, letters, symbols and more, but some characters are compermised!
FONT VARIENTS
This is only 1 of 4 variants of the 7 Segment Display font lineup:
- 7 Segment Display
- 7 Segment Display (Lowercase)
- 7 Segment Display (Full Lines)
- 7 Segment Display (Lowercase + Full Lines)
ABOUT THIS VARIANT
7 Segment Diplay is the default variant, having no connetcion between Segments, other that the rounding (exept some characters)
My attempt at making a Unown font where all the letters are consistent in size. This is original pixel art made using a high-res reference. It's made to be a nice-looking design, not to be 100% accurate to the games. Upper case is fully kerned.
"We Dunno" is an anagram for "Unowned".
Original size: 6.75pt (use multiples of this value for pixel perfection)
Recommended: Use with kerning turned ON!
A semibold Gongclonker made to the same specs as the original - 5x5 with no wasted matrix.
This is a clone of GongclonkerVersion 1.5: All permutations of E and F were refined and improved.

A modernized, rounded, and truncated version of Marengi. This is made to be a good text editor/chat font. It has very few kerning pairs, so it should render fine in any software.
Ascenders are only allowed to be as tall as the uppercase/numerals, while descenders are allowed to go 2px below the line. This creates a natural line spacing that is readable and not too dense. (Diacritics break this rule, of course... darn them...)
Gone are the curved descenders/termini on letters like gjty. The simpler geometry makes this design more suited to speedreading than its predecessor. In fact, altering those four letters alone improves speedreading on this font by up to 14%!

09JUN2019: I have been using this as my main IRC/chat font for some time now. Of all my chatfont designs, this has proven the easiest to read and use.

MIV: 8.31

An extension of ideas present in "Gehenna".
A more patterned version of Jungle High. This will be used for the title screen text.
It also gives me a bit of a "casino" feeling with its diamond pattern and ornate appearance.
This is a clone of Jungle HighFuzzy Logic, but the darkest halftone has been replaced with a copy of the lightest.
The bands in the overlapping regions are artifacts of the FS preview. They don't show up when the font is used elsewhere. However, any size which is not a multiple of the original can create a different type of banding... I recommend using this at larger sizes...
This is a clone of Fuzzy LogicA variant of Radio Grave which took many hours to produce. I think the effort was worth it! This is a functional Multi-font and can produce a broad range of effects, especially when used at down near the original size.
*
Shading Rules:
1. Use the darkest tone on the outermost concentric region and get lighter as one progresses inward.
2. Let the 5x5 region surrounding the exact center of each glyph use the lightest tone, except when this would place the lightest tone into its neighboring region.
3. Glyphs with diagonals and glyphs which use a smaller than 5x5 drawing area may bend rule 2 for the sake of more consistent and/or interesting shading.

This is a clone of Radio GraveHigh-res version of Marengi.
This is made to be ultramodern and ultraregular, just as high-tech futuristic corporations are wont to make their fonts.
MIV: 7.94
Recommended: Use with kerning and antialiasing turned ON!
A fan request. This is Minecraft's in-game text font, truncated to fit into a smaller grid and then edited for consistency.
Feel free to use this for your fan games / mods / whatever! :D

A bold variant of Derpberd, again made to have a constant height in order to be suitable for pixel comics. Most of the character widths are unchanged, but some (like m and w) had to become 1px wider for the bold style to work.
08 Feb 2018: version 1.0 declared finished. I'm not sure where else I can take this one without breaking the "constant height" rule. Perhaps I'll clone it and make a version with an extended character set, but only if people ask. :^)
This is a clone of DerpberdA clone of Marengi with some brick-substitution and filters applied. Has a "rightward" momentum that seems to push my eyes along as I read, as well as a connectedness which makes words seem nice and solid despite being segmented.
This is a clone of MarengiMarengi Serif. It's like Marengi, but with serifs!
The serifs give this a wider, more open/airy feeling. Slightly less readable than original Marengi, but slightly more pleasing to look at.

This is a clone of MarengiVerbossus in sans-serif!
This is a clone of VerbossusAn experimental take on Laconica with Celtic knotwork. I'm not sure how to balance it better than this... any ideas? I'll do all the glyphs once I have a complete set of solutions for them.
This is a clone of LaconicaA variant of Bulwarx Pixel which uses halftones to save 64% more ink than the original.
The second halftone is 60*60 (3600px) within a 100*100 (10000px) canvas. So, this halftone fills only 36% of the grid square, and yet it remains solid-looking even at 2x Original size. I think this is therefore the best single halftone on FS for actual printing purposes. Of course, modern printers are likely to be accurate enough to print this with the grid squares showing...
This is a clone of Bulwarx PixelAnother variant on Derpberd, this time with outlines.
VERSION HISTORY:
08 Feb 2018 - v1.0 finished. Uncertain of which characters could be added while retaining the "constant height" rule.
This is a clone of DerpberdNirvanite Fossil with round shapes changed to diamonds.
I think this one is the toughest to read in the family - even harder than Nirvanite Pixel. Oh well!
This is a clone of Nirvanite FossilA slightly large, bookish chatfont made for a friend. Bold version.

This is a clone of MotormouthI took "Hypnoverse" and applied handwriting techniques to it. These figures are more like those I draw when I write with a pen, though still very distinct from my actual handwriting due to the low resolution.
This looks very natural to me, moreso than any other 4x5 design I've seen. It needs to be 2x original size or larger for the best effect, though, since its forms aren't nearly as open as the others. This may not be a problem for you... maybe I've just been staring at it too long...
At this point, I am confident that none of these glyphs can be improved further. The best they can do is change to suit someone else's preferences. Would you draw a particular glyph differently? If so, please show your ideas. I have gone over every 4x5 glyph several dozen times through as many designs, and think I have found the best solution for each - but maybe I'm wrong! I am especially interested in solutions for m and w; I have tried compressing and truncating them to be 4-wide before, but never successfully got anything that LOOKED like an m or w.
This is a clone of HypnoverseParadoxy Effect, without the Effect. Quite a drastic transformation!
This is a clone of Paradoxy EffectPossibly the last entry in the Derpberd family: A font which looks like the original Derpberd at pixel size, gets fuzzy at larger sizes, and finally reveals its racing-esque checkerboard pattern once you've enlarged it enough.
Original size: 5pt (use multiples of this value for pixel perfection)
This is a clone of DerpberdA Quartzthrone variant that looks like fancy upholstered furniture (or cactus heartwood).
This is a clone of QuartzthroneYet another iteration of Derpberd, this one is designed for large high-res applications. It's also good for comics. :D
VERSION HISTORY:
11 Mar 2018 - v1.0 released.
12 Mar 2018 - v1.1 released. More Latin added. Space width increased.
