Inspired from:
iNO mobile's line of senior hand phones that features black-and-orange monochrome displays.

Fixed the "$" and added full Latin-1 supplement support, even though the original one did have Latin-1 Supplement support, but it only supports the following Latin-1 Supplementary characters à, æ, è, é, ñ, and ö.
