Recreation of the pixel font from Sega's "QuackShot Starring Donald Duck" (1991) on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
This font includes a full set of hiragana and katakana characters. In the tile set, the dakuten and handakuten are separate tiles, positioned in the line above the character they relate to. In this recreation, these characters are pre-combined into a single glyph.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the pixel font from the Clockwork Tortoise's Sega CD / Mega CD version of "The Adventures of Batman & Robin" (1995) on the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis.
The font is used for the title screen and end credits. Note the one lowercase "c", needed for the credit for background artist "Rae McCarson".
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the pixel font from Sega's "Phantasy Star" (1987) for the Sega Master System.
This font includes an almost full set of katakana characters. In the tile set, the dakuten and handakuten are separate tiles, positioned in the line above the character they relate to. In this recreation, these characters are pre-combined into a single glyph.
Similarly, in-game the single and double quotes are positioned on the preceding line (and the single quote reuses the same glyph as the comma), but have been vertically spaced accordingly in this recreation.
This font also includes a handful of thin/small latin characters - these are used in the stats/fight screens for "HP", "MP", "LV", "EP", and for "AW" in the japanese version's intro story screens. These have been mapped to the lowercase, and the remaining lowercase characters have been left blank.
Lastly, the original tile set also includes six kanji characters. These have not been added to this recreation. Apart from that, only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
The base font from the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive game Beyond Oasis (AKA The Story of Thor). It's another straight glyph dump with my usual additions of smart quotes and inverted ? and ! symbols; an @ sign (not found in the actual game) has also been added based on the game's copyright symbol.
Enjoy!
Recreation of the italic/slanted pixel font from Konami's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist" (aka "Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist", "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Return of the Shredder", 1992) on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
This font is used in the initial title crawl and in the dialogs/cutscenes. The same font was also used in the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time" (1992) Super Nintendo port.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the primary pixel font from Konami's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist" (aka "Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist", "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Return of the Shredder", 1992) on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
The game uses a crisp, non-antialiased version of the same font used in the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (1989) and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time" (1991) arcade machines. The same font was also used in the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time" (1992) Super Nintendo port.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the small pixel font from the japanese release of Sonic! Software Planning's "Shining Force II" (1993) on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
Compared to the european/north american release, the alphanumeric and punctuation characters are all shifted by one pixel to the left, and one pixel down. The font also lacks a lowercase.

This font is unusual, as each character not only comprises two tiles (for its height), but also features characters that are wider than the maximum 8px tiles. In the game's tile set, this was achieved by using a custom encoding, where a single tile contains the combined values for two horizontal tiles.
See this short Twitter thread for a little dissection of the tile set.
The width of each character is also variable and encoded in the bottom tile for each character. Unfortunately, I was unable to work out the logic behind the width information bits - so, for characters used in the game, the correct width was matched manually, and for any characters not encountered (yet) in any of the dialog boxes, I took an educated guess...
Due to the complexity of this encoding, I won't tackle the hiragana/katakana large font from the japanese release.

A fairly obscure video game font for you, this being the serifed font from thte 'Puyo Puyo' series of video games (if that name sounds unfamiliar, these games were reskinned in North American and released as 'Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine' and 'Kirby's Avalanche'.)
The base alphabet, numbers, and several punctuation are all authentic to the game (the inverted ? and ! are always easy to make, which is why I always include them, even if not a part of the game proper). However, there's plenty of custom glyph work here with the punctuation and the accented lettering.
Enjoy!

Recreation of the pixel font from Sega/Westone's "Wonder Boy in Monster Land" (1988) on the Sega Master System. Alphanumeric characters are the same as "Space Harrier" (1985) - the classic "Sega font". Punctuation and special characters are unique to this game, though. Note that the font is 13px tall, as it includes some accented characters (which in game are rendered by stacking the accents above the appropriate character on the preceding line).

A pixel rendition of Bolton Sans by designer Paul Lloyd. For a game concept of mine.
This is a redone version, as the original had issues that I couldn't seem to fix. But hey, this time it has more characters!
If you want to use this commercially, I guess I'd suggest getting permission from both of us?
