Very occasionally, saving will not function and you will see a warning dialog in the FontStructor.

If this happens, there are two steps you can take:

1) Open a new browser window or tab and check that you are still signed-in to FontStruct. If not sign-in again, then try saving again.

2) Reload the browser window containing the FontStructor. This should allow you to save, but you will lose any unsaved changes.

If you have tried both 1) and 2) without success, please contact us, giving us the URL of the FontStruction in question.

To avoid losing unsaved changes, do save your work frequently. (You can do this by pressing the S key).
