You might consider taking the lower-right corner off the uppercase d..
I always wonder with fonts like this, how one can tell a 5 from an S or a 2 from a Z. What if you removed the upper-left and lower-right corners on both S and s. Remove the lower-left and lower-right corners from the 5. Remove the upper-left and upper-right corners on the 2. Leave the Z as is. I think that would sensibly make each character unique.
Hope you are going to add all the basic punctuation too.
but i don't see any problems with a 5 looking like an uppercase S for this font.
all decisions in this came a long way... but thanks for your thoughts :)
