@elmoyenique: Thank you for your comment. As I mentioned above, I have a second version with large capitals. I only made a few letters so far. They are positioned above the baseline like other Latin capitals.
Welcome back, dear Aeo. Very nice font, I'm with @Goatmeal and @Frodo7 about your special and usual -IMHO- "hand-draw feeling" (and I like a lot these pretty dingbats too). Congrats on the well deserved TP!
I found these CSUR allocations. Your allocation of E000-E2CF caused conflict with Tengwar to Amman-Iar, and you even overwrote Tengwar letters as Argam digits.
