That new S looks pretty nice. The one issue I can find is the ring diacritic not being stenciled.
New upgrade. The following characters have been redesigned or modified: Q, S, &, €, *, Æ, Œ, Cyrillic Э, the tilde and breve accent (Ã, Ñ, Õ, Ў, Й). New glyphs were added: @, $, ©, ° (degree), ₿, and arrows.

add scanline look, make letters closer together, do both of these else bad font

+ the S is too wide

Pixelated retro-futuristic font. All caps, very basic character set, no kerning. Grid-based letterforms with rounded edges are typically designed for arcade games, sci-fi, or
another mistake found! can you fix this? (for clarification, it was supposed to look like an inverted breve, not double grave)
