Very well executed design, with a lot of edgy character. The one sharp cut running through the middle of each character forces many glyphs to leave their usual designs behind. It works out better for some than others, but overall the concept works very well.
The one main thing I think you could improve while sticking to the same concept is the X; it almost looks like an H to me. Perhaps make another cut at the base of the upper-right arm, where the K is cut? But other than that your subtle distinctions work very well, especially with D/O/0. 10/10 from me :-)
I forgot to mention, it reminds me very much of many of the works of NAL, who loves to mess around with sharp triangles in his fontstructions.
Thanks for your comments, which are always appreciated.
It's funny that you pull the X problem though, because I'm actually aware of its problem and, even more, your suggestion is its backup in case my former idea doesn't work. My former idea was to keep a symmetrical-something in it, like XHK or DOC or something alike... However this doesn't really work: Your point just high-lighted it and green-lighted its backup to become real.
The reason it reminds you a lot of NAL's creation may be because, I have to admit a bit, Ace Adventure was kind of like an idea-kickstarter for this font.
I'll be honest, the readability of the X changed drastically, and to good, it even exceeded by expectations.
