Second attempt at an interpretation of the Phonotypy Alphabet. The extended characters are mapped to the values of the New Spelling Alphabet of the early 1900s. The doubled vowels "aa" and "oo" are represented by the vowel with an acute accent (i.e. "aa" = a-acute), "au", "ou" and "uu" by the circumflex, "oi" by the grave and long vowels (ae, etc,) by the diaresis. "Ch" is mapped to c-cedilla, "dh" to edh, "th" to thorn, "sh" to s-caron, "zh" to z-caron and "ng" to n-tilde.
