I needed a bit of light relief after the impossibility of the ill-fated "experiment".

I've finally got down to downloading this and printing it out. I'm pleasantly surprised to discover it's a very legible face.
Ironic, considering I bashed it out in a fit of pique because one of my more complicated files had failed to save.
I'm going to finish off all the more obviously missing glyphs and then clone it to undertake some "improvements".
Quote marks because I'm interested to see whether they make it a more or less legible font. It's such a delicate thing, the height and width and resolution on the grid. Everything effects everything else.
I've a notion to lengthen the descenders a bit for one thing. And also increase the height/width by a few bricks to see if I can add a subtle thick/thin emphasis. Will it aid or hinder legibility? I'm keen to find out.
Not at the moment, though. I discover myself falling asleep at the keyboard because of last night's FontStructing...

I've got the attention span of a gnat. One day I'll finish it.
