Y with acute (uppercase) has a grave. It's an error I saw. (also, if you're wondering why this comment is randomly here - at the time I wrote this, Y with acute's uppercase form looked like Y with grave)

v1.06 update: cyrillic block is finally complete!!! (except for the hundred thousands and millions sign. i will try to add those two characters if possible.)
