I found these CSUR allocations. Your allocation of E000-E2CF caused conflict with Tengwar to Amman-Iar, and you even overwrote Tengwar letters as Argam digits.

I'm putting 4096 symbols in a special PUA scheme which relocates the Quartexedium numerals to E000-EFFF. I typically place it at 100000-10FFFF

You should try F0000 to F02CF instead. It is far out from BMP and into SPUA-A. The entire plane (SPUA-A) is comprised of 65534 private uses, therefore you have
