I posted this sample and the result is a downrating of most of my fonts :)
thanks for the message.
You're still around?! (j/k)
'qwhistle' is me: intaglio named me Quenteren and I liked it. We had a little conversation about sounds in lanquaqes (like in fish, fush and feesh). I told him how to make the german ue-sound and described it as a whistle ... in this sample-case i had to shorten (or lengthen?) my name to 8 monospaced alto-letters and i made like this q=g ue=whistle.
(sounds like a mixture of quiz and puzzle)
'gue' is my (nick)name.
The eight-character name list is excellent. This list was the thing that made me decide to quit. It cannot be improved upon. Fonts are great, people are way better. Having made fonts was a nice hobby; having made friends is priceless. Thanks for being a friend. :)
this list was just a joke; i didn't want to make you want to leave ...
thank you for being a friend.
This is a really cool font, BTW. It has so many neat touches. I love the lowercase alternatives. It really makes the text sparkle when combined with the uppers. Too bad there aren't alternate numerals as well. I think you bring something special to creating typefaces being an architect. Well done. :)
