An experiment based on: "What if an 8 color wheel was a letter O?" A work in progress just to bring up the potential of the new update. These colors are just rainbow colors and were not inspired from LGBT flag.
Reference to a barbell. Use - to make a bar between disks. Uppercase is the left part and lowercase is the right part of the barbell. Ziltemir means barbell in my language. Used white colored layer to cover up some black spaces. Experiemntal work with some intersting potential
Offstruct RGB is a pixel colour font made using Adobe Illustrator and Fontstruct's new layers feature. It is inspired by the additive colour model in which Red, Green, and Blue light are mixed together. More samples here: Behance
This is a clone of offstructThird font in a series of three colour pixel experiments, made after reading Arcade Game Typography: The Art of Pixel Type by Toshi Omagari. This one has a double shadow, which gives an extruded 3D effect at a smaller scale.
It's called Choices because this basic idea lead to numerous minor iterations that completely changed the character of the...er...characters. All the unused possibilites are now sitting dormant in another font. Perhaps they will become a full font (or three)...someday.
This is a cloneThis should have been a minimum font, but minimum can't do color.
The idea was to simulate transparency. After trying out multiple color hatch patterns, it was apparent that it is not going to work. The earlier attempts are left in the font for you to judge yourself their efficacy.
The file is pretty heavy because of having so many anchor points (times 8 layers). Scrolling will be slow. Because the next letter overlapping the previous hides part of the black outline, just outline glyphs are there to stack two layers (colored below, outline above) to get the correct effect.
Is there some trick to make the downloaded font to work in color? The version I downloaded comes as *-svg.ttf. Aren't the color svg fonts in .otf format? Thus, no sample.
Opening day of Marvel's Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever!
I started this late and suffered the consequences, but had to release something. This took a long time and didn't look like how I wanted it to or as good as I wanted it to, but there it is. WIP as I attempt to clean up and adust stuff.
Based on an old glyph by the magnificent and always amazing Master geneus1. Caps only. You can find an extra A at the "a" glyph and a little C placed at the "®". See also the grey version.
This is a clone of zalida 3D eYe/FSWIP. This is a specially designed (but unfinished) font for this Christmas greeting with my best-best-best wishes to all of you, dear long-distance friends. And my family and I send you with this our enormous hope for the next 2022 to be much better for every one of the huge group of people who friendly use FontStruct. Be happy wherever you are and whenever you can. Warm hugs. ❤️❤️❤️! PS: Better see at big size.
This is a cloneThis is just a silly unicase font with alternates, made with simple squares and triangles (and some few other bricks)... But the colours captivated me. I hope you like the result. PS: You can also find an additional colour space (if you need it) in the "|" glyph.
This is a cloneMy first colour font. My zistersoul, but now with awesome 2 layers and it's original own colours!
This is a clone of zistersoul eYe/FSAnother optical experiment, testing border areas. Sorry if sometimes it's a bit hard to read and it shakes your vision, but that was the idea. It has only been possible using the colour options available to FontStruct Patrons. Thanks once again to Big Rob Meek. PS: "2 in 1 font", the black version of the SVG file also can works like an usual B/W font.
Now, with the folding effect already incorporated into the font. Some kerning issues and adjust improved too. It's more easy to change the diverse colours of central body and bright zones on the font. Enjoy.
This is a clone of zpains Xtra eYe/FSAn old idea from the early 2010 put in their original colours. The lowercase repeats the same coloration from the uppercase changing the position to improve the artistic view of the typing words changing some letters. Just a silly font, enjoy it please. And Happy New Year 2022!
This is a clone of ztrange blk eYe/FSColoured version of zulu. You can use the second different version of each glyph to avoid repetition in some words. These colours are inspired by a 2010 poster from the Apeloig's studio.
This is a clone of zulu eYe/FSAn old updated idea: overlapping glyphs, and 3D simulation with colours. See also zupra eYe/FS.
