This is a clone of Vespa IIPixelated or 8-bit version of the Times New Roman font. Alphanumeric, basic punctuation, and basic accented Latin are included. Foreign currency glyphs; Polish, Spanish, French, and Māori characters; and the (Russian) Cyrillic alphabet have been added.
To create this on paper, type A or a, then set it to a large size, (preberably the largest one that fits...), Optional: modify the page layout so it matches your paper, then print it out and fill it out. (make sure the plane and row lines are in hexadecimal) Try not to go over plane 10h.
