Recreation of the pixel font from Capcom's "1942" (1984). Note that in game there are two number variants used - a regular one with a right-hand shadow, and a bold one; this recreation uses the latter. Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Letters J, Q, X, Z, the comma, and the exclamation mark were never used in the arcade game itself and therefore are modeled after the other characters to be as faithful as possible to the rest of the font. Also one pixel was removed from the T in order for it to be centered.
Presenting Capcom's 1943: The Battle of the Midway (aka. 1944, or 1943: The Battle of Valhalla), released in 1987 for the Arcade, and 1988 for the FC/NES. Those letters are similar to Gun.Smoke. Thus, it made a mistake because it supposed to be The Battle of midway, released in 1942 in movies.

Font used in 10th Frame (and the Leaderboard Golf series) for the Commodore 64 by Access Software. I used 10th Frame's smaller lettering for lower case, and the box score numbers for an alternate set of digits (use Shift 1-8, [ and ] for these). The letters used shading (grey pixels next to the black ones) so I've tried to mock that.
Recreation of the pixel font used for the highscore table in Sega's "Ace Attacker" (1988). This rather whimsical font contrasts starkly with the primary font used in the game, which is the same as "Altered Beast" (1988).
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Recreation of the pixel font from Quintet/Enix's "ActRaiser" (1990) on the SNES.
This font includes a full set of hiragana and katakana characters. In the tile set, the dakuten and handakuten are separate tiles, positioned on the line above the character they relate to. In this recreation, these characters are pre-combined into a single glyph.
The japanese version of this game features subtly different punctuation. This recreation only includes the punctuation marks from the western release.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
Presenting Caltron's Adam and Eve, released in 1992. This font is similar to War in the Gulf.
This is a clone of War in the GulfPresenting Paramount Pictures and Ocean's Addams Family, released in 1991. This font is based on movies, especially this font is similar to Parasol Stars, which was created by Patrick H. Lauke (redux).

Note the skull character, mapped to "skull and crossbones" (U+2620).
