This font was inspired by Balinese Culture. Offerings to God are an integral part of daily living for the Balinese, the majority of whom are Hindu. The Balinese are extremely devout and no day goes by without making offerings to the Gods.

The fin-like serifs and scaley, muscular stems are inspired by the mermaid’s lesser remembered counter-part, the merman.
