This is possibly the biggest font I will ever create, and probably the one I'm most proud of at that. The original was built over the course of 4 months, and I'm very, very happy with how it turned out. Along with all of the 25 basic categories, I included 23 of my own - some finished, some unfinished. This has been a long process, sometimes fun, sometimes tiring, but I hope you find this font useful. Luckily, with all of the scripts it works with, it should have a use for everyone :) Please enjoy!
I am open to comments, suggestions and any other feedback. If you would like me to add another script, I am open to the task! :)
Edit: It's been more than a year and I'm still going strong! 6731 characters total. Trying to knock-off some smaller / less used scripts. :)
Jan 22, 2024: Fully finished font! 7500 total characters.
Thanks to everyone who has liked or downloaded! :)
Then I thought "How about adding a shadow? Just a little shadow for zarzaparrilla..." Hmmm, well, it was a bit more complicated than it may seem at first... But finally here it is! Ta-da-daaa! (-Phew-). Inspired on a few glyphs from "Pionner" (1969) by Francisco Gonzales.
This is a clone of zarzaparrilla eYe/FSLike the original Blocky Geo, only sharper.
Vertical twin of zugaroo.
This is a clone of zugaroo eYe/FSThis typeface has been created around the theme of community. In particular I looked at referencing the idea of the online/digital communities that we have all become so reliant on due to COVID-19 and being alone in isolation. I researched into the effects of lockdown on various peoples screent time and interviewed them, then used this as my thesis starting point. To create the concept, I experimented with different symbols that represent digital connection for example; wifi, signal and battery.
A blocky, futuristic, industrial style font.
This is a clone of Lootcrate DiamondThis design was inspired by futuristic/space letters.
The round letters have a smooth outter edge while the inside still has it's sharp corners. The bits missing in the letters give it a separation and playful look.
This design was inspired by bubble letters and block letters.
Combining round edges to sharp edges creates a satisfying bubble block typeface. The highlight in the type create the illusion of a more rounded typeface.
