G1 Defkahn. A somewhat readable modular graffiti font colored over four layers. Independent bubble fills on upper and lowercase sets. Heavycomp entry #2.This is a clone
After having made COBBLOCKS OPEN, and downloaded it, I realized I couldn't colour the letters... So I made a filled version, allowing for the entire letters to change colour, not just the outline.This is a clone of COBBLOCKS OPEN
About 30 years ago, when I was in highschool, I used to draw words in my notebooks, with lettering that looked like this using the pre-printed squares in my notebook. It was infinately cruder, and had no shading... So for my first font ever, and since the work sheet very much resembles that squared notebook from way back when, I figured I would recreate it!
This time as a soft, kind of bubble-block font. Capital letters only.
This font is inspired by the word 'danger'. It is based on the shift in perceptions on graffiti and how some view it as anti-social and therefore a danger to our society. Over time it has shifted to be classed as an art form which creates character on our streets; specifically in Bristol. It is inspired by the recent cleaning of the 'Bearpit' in Bristol.

A continuation of ideas present in Technokratz, with some imagination added for good measure!
This creates new ambigrams and ambiguous words. Here are a few that I found:
AND = ROD
FACE = FREE
FONT = FROM
FOX = HOT
FREE = TREE
INTO = TOMB
LAY = EAT
PHYSICS = EXISTES
SOLD = SAID
TECH = MECH/MEEK/NECK
THE = AXE
TOXIC = MOXIE
VICTORINOX = LAWSUIT (hah, just kidding)
WATER = TAMER
YEATS = TEAMS
Since I like this ambiguity so much, I will keep working to make letters resemble other letters even more! The real trick is finding these synergies while still preserving enough variability in forms that things can still be read flawlessly.

This design inserts a dot into every empty grid square. Off-grid empty squares don't count - there must be an utterly empty space of 1 square's size ON the grid. The dotting further imparts a unique identity to every letter.
Shall I continue this one? Let me know. :DThis is a clone of Technokratz
