Based on the @ symbol. I've seen it done before, but I just had to have a go at it.

Combis (or Micros) are really small vans used as local Transport in Lima, my hometown.
They have a wide range of scripts that are manually painted to the sides to indicate the main streets or avenues the route includes.
Styles vary from combi to combi, even in the same company, as I believe they hire different letterers for the job.
I'm working on a little project to make some of them into a font set called Combi Stylus & I created a flickr set to show my inspiration sources.
This one is my FontStruct version for the set & it needs a lot of kerning, but well...
Enjoy!

A bit odd pixel-like script.
It's incomplete: I plan add some letters.

inspired by Redonda and the other excellent fonts that have been done in this style. this is my first dot font. i searched to see if there were any italics and didn't find any; but they may be hiding here somewhere. started with lc just to see if i could do a basic set. then went for the uc and decided to make it a little more fancy or lyrical, if you will. then one thing led to another and i can't believe i did the whole basic latin :) i thought about waiting to release it, but changed my mind. this was fun and allows for the visualization of curves which really can't be done in FS. but still, i guess it's not like the real thing. oh, well :)

I was inspired by a logo i saw for something called "Vision", I think. It was on some stranger's jacket when I went skiing last week, so it reminded me of slalom skiing.

The "All God's Script" is a script I found in my dreams when I was about 4 years old. It amazed me of how it was written. The Script can't use English very well but has a mysterious way of writing. It is very beuatiful and very mysterious. I liked the way I made it here. I am now going to use it for everyday life!

This is a script I came across in a mysterious Shrine in my dreams. I looked up the details in a book I found in a library after getting the alphabet from the Shrine. It is a language of one of the Atlantean goddesses or Goddess named Atlantia. I decided to learn it and use it. Now I want to share it with people. Enjoy it. The script is based off of Greek.

I was a little bit bored, and this is what happened.
The name is because I have no idea what the origin is, and it's a little ugly.

I finally got around to revising my Baseline concept. Changed the proportion of the letters, got rid of the ill-advised uppercase and rethought some of the letter shapes.
Use the low line character to connect words instead of the space character. [ & ] , < &> , { & } can be used to start and finish words. This is a clone

I confess I didn't dedicated much time to this font, but I think something interesting can come from here. If you also think so, feel free to clone and change it... tell me something if you do, ok?

Little experiment of mine, trying to design a script font that really connects all the letters. As you might guess from the quality of the uppercase, I started with lowercase and had quite some trouble finishing the uppercase... And I know there are (obviously) always the connection strokes peaking out at the end any word, but funnily this imperfect look has started to grow on me during the fontstructing.
I also know there are still lots and lots of inconsistencies and letters that badly need a rework, but I thought the constructive criticism of my fellow fonstructors might be more helpful and efficient at improving this... So I'm grateful for any suggestions!:)
Oh, and yes: The kerning is very painful at times, but I can't see how I can improve that under the constraints of the script and the character forms. And obviously the script thing doesn't work with uppercase only text.

This is a font I made up that I typically write in on a daily basis. I used to use it as a language, but that quickly fell apart and is now just a nifty font! It's very rough, and also my first attempt using the fontstruct. Enjoy! ;)

This is about the classic Flip Disk displays that used to be used. Even the space has something on it so if you change one while highlighted the entire row will stay the same. Please comment!

This one looks better in smaller sizes. Best at pixel size.
-----------------------------------
I started with the small letters. Then I tried to create matching capital letters. I'm not sure about other glyphs.

Any suggestions/comments on this are welcome:)

This font is not my own. I must give credit to Jean Farish Needleworks Third Collection Abecedary for the primary source of these letters. Sure I changed a few things here and there, but mostly this is from that book.
