Art deco in 2x2 grid size
I orginally plan to release a kerned version made with FontForge along side, but something, I've forgotten what, was frustrating.
Today, November 2020, I think I can just release this anyway.
I hope you enjoy, I want to come back designing, I've been busy learning to conlang recently.
WIP! - A new experiment into handwriting fonts.
I was inspired to do a handwriting script font of my own after I saw the recently submitted couple here at fontstruct by ecluniverso. This member's work is very good and unique, check it out here: https://fontstruct.com/fontstructors/1376510/ecluniverso
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The design concept for my font is handwriting with a broad-tip permanent marker.
I completed the LC string and numerals, plus some punctuations so far. UC (hopefully) coming soon.
My first fonstruction is based around the theme of malnutrition, but focuses on lesser acknowledged end of the spectrum, over-nutrition. I took inspiration from nature of skin and fat on overweight or obese bodies, putting emphasis on the folds and bulges you might typically see on the skin of a larger frame.
This font relates to the theme "Sharp" and is inspired by Cubist architecture. Cubist architecture is very rare and can be found only in The Czech Republic, especially in Prague. I took a core element of Cubist architecture, the triangle, and implemented it into a font. I divided each letter into sections and used different shades to make it look like decorative elements of a Cubist facade.
This is a cloneThis was unnecessarily hard to make. Most of the glyphs are drawn with continuous line. Each letter might have other ways of achieving the same continuous effect. But the main purpose of this fonstruction is to request some bricks from staff, I'll mention them in the comments. Thanks.
You know how in fcition 'magic symbols' have magical properties, somehow? Well, someone had to make them, right?
Here are some 'magic symbols,' but it's the alphabet. Also, a little Sci-Fi in there, too.
I tried to make each letter look more or less unique, but I took some shortcuts.
I may do lowercase someday.
A more accurate thinner stroked version of a earlier recap I did of a letter design by dutch graphic designer "Jurriaan Schrofer"
This is a clone of STF_JS-LAST WARNING v1Pavos real means peacock in Spanish. I think this is an excellent name for the elegant serif font. I will make more Latin and Cyrillic(Russian). Greek lower case letters are simply too script-y . It will be tough making them. That's all.
Enjoy -JY
so I was scrolling down my fs page and I found this font i made before. And I realized that i promised to make cyrillic which I didn't. I made cyrillic now.

Thin (multi-) stroked art deco type design.
The name derived from the fact that it is a thin stroked art deco design with little to no fancy decorative features, other than its multi-line segments. Hence the name "ART ECO"
The fontstruct preview making some diagonal strokes look slightly thicker than the horizontal and vertical ones due to it's behaviour on brick stacking. Which isn't in the TTF font itself.
Uppercase characters only
I asked CookieLord and Zephram about how to name this style of font.
And the tags are the answers they gave me.
Thanks! :)
