this font was/is supposed to be my study project, which's also the reason for his name.
My absolute first attempt on constructing the complete extended latin set!!!
with "newton" i'm trying to get closer to foreign symbols and specialties. What lies closer to do this with my most legible typeface so far...
if you're interested, stay tuned :)

Hopefully taking the "roundness" on fontstructors-heaven to another level...
This wouldn't have been possible without the holy master williaum who cracked up the applet to bring us the mighty magic bricks!

Clone of Orica.
It was barely more fun to destroy it than creating it :)
For the destroyed version, only upper case and numerals!
greets from neo :)

inspired by stones on the street...
this was like a "flash"!
i started another new font, just NOT to forget the idea i had, which i use to do always, when i got lack of free time.
usually i create 3-5 glyphs to remind myself of the style, etc...
but this here took about, let's say 15 min of working time. it just flowed as if some"thing" leads my right hand :)
...more glyphs to come, when i got less other work to do. if i think about the fun this was, it won't take long.

Hey fellas!
i know it seems kind of "up to date" to dot around, but beate and her(?) featured download inspired me to experience some DOTTING as well.
The cool thing about using dots is, that the viewers eye/brain/imagination does the MAIN part while viewing it.
There are 8(!) more different angles possible, because of the half circle bricks...
hope you like it!

inspired by oldschool video racing games, but also by lapcounters in formula one.
Every dot of this's got a size of 5x5 bricks!!!
the reason for choosing such a superhigh resolution, was the idea to create an italic angle, which is impossible to do with the FSapplet. This is followed by a LOWER case plus numbers, called "pole position l/c".
however...cheers,community and fontlovers!

Clone of "scratch me if you can".
“Scratching” is a form of vandalism apparently derived from sprayed graffiti, in which tags are scratched into windows (usually), mostly of public transportation vehicles and street furniture. This phenomenon has apparently begun in the early 1990s.
In Germany, scratching is especially prevalent in Berlin, Munich and the whole Ruhr-Area where literally no public transportation train car is without scratched windows, despite traffic companies spending 12 million € on repairing and exchanging scratched windows in 2005 alone.
During the 2006 FIFA World Cup, numerous visitors complained about the scratched windows."

This is inspired by everything and nothing. Since the first brick, "FS Signo" was made for titles and other big letterings.
one of my main ideas to this was trying to combine classic and modern styles of type in one font... hm.
there's no lower case in construction, but numerals and roman symbols to follow.
feel free to download and use it :)
PS: the normal preview sucks. best watch it in pixelpreview...

Clone of tinka *filled.
----------------------------
i don't know what to say to this font. it was supposed to have serifs, an italic touch and the rest just came out automatically.
The filled version of this was actually done BEFORE i decided to do one without black insides.
enjoy!

This took me many, many hours of trying, learning, erasing and restarting. Especially the design of the caps was hard; sooo many possibilities! However, i'm proud to present you my first real blackletter font :) I would like to add some more glyphs to the "more latin" set, but the size seems to be close to the download limit. It's downloadable yet, but i had to erase some glyphs...
ps:
there's an alternate "a" on "@",
and some decorative stuff on "#" and "*".
cheers

OK.
Here's "VUVUZELA"
A typeface inspired by the continent of africa, but mainly by the WorldCup of soccer 2010 in South Africa!
To catch on of the strongest associations for me relating to africa, i chose black and white stripes, maybe to remind of zebras or other animal patterns. But the effect also stands for the "swoosh" of a ball flyin by, for just the the "sporty" feel i wanted it to have.
Enjoy it.
There's an alternative "a" on "="

this was concieved to be a LOGO font. especially e.g. band names, event titles or companys or whatever...
it's a lower case set with an "empty glyph" on "." to replace the space bar and to connect words.
further it includes a diamond like square on ",".
guess where i put "+" and "-".
:)
needless to say this will stay a lower case only font!

I was thinking... it could be a nice concept/basic letterform to "pump up" squares!
The upper and lower case sets are different, but not completely. Some of the glyphs only worked in one way...
So here it is. Enjoy and have a beautiful summer!

Clone of Happy Halloween.
**********************
Considering the upcoming holiday and the number of new Halloween-looking fonts being posted, here's a new call for a collaboration if anyone's up to it: Halloween Dingbats!I promised myself I wouldn't release a new completed Fontstruction until I finish the project I'm working on. So this is sort of a compromise. Not as fancy as the Bubble Lab, its just for fun. Anything Halloween related is fine, even if it is just coming up with different facial expressions for the Jack-O-Lantern or Skull. Whoever wants to add anything, just clone away and reserve your letter space(s) in the comments below. The only caveat- this fontstruction is created in the 2:2 upscaled brick size. If that turns out to be too challenging, I still plan to add more to this either way... Other dingbat ideas: ghosts, witch, Frankenstein, Dracula, Haunted House, bats, spiders, Halloween Candy, scary Halloween phrases. BOOO! This is a clone of Happy Halloween

Try the Pixelview!
..or better:
Type something!
This looks surprisingly sweet!
Especially in small sizes.
I started this with the lower case, which i'm very proud of, cause they were hard to "connect".
Also reminds me of metallic chrome lettering on old cars :)
Itallica is not really made for typing in high cabs, but i works awesome if you start words with them and continue l/c...
enjoy!
numerals and more symbols later...
