3x3 cipher, based on version 0.3 of "Micromaze". It uses its own form of binary notation for the numerals, wherein the upper-right 4 pixels play the role of the 1, 2, 4, and 8.
This is the smallest font in which I was able to give a unique symbol to every glyph (excluding the lower/upper case, which look the same). It reads sort of like Pigpen Cipher, but is more densely written.
Since MMC is obscure and of constant width/height, it serves many "gibberish" and "placeholder text" purposes in addition to being a modestly strong cipher.
Original size: 2pt (use multiples of this value for pixel perfection)
f u prefer no dots on your letters, this is a minimal plain font. most letters r straight as possible, even the question mark is dot - less. all traditional font decorations have been rationally eliminated as much as possible 2 bring out the most simplicity. the (i) is about half length of the (L), so u can tell which is which. the (a) is the mirror image of the (e). the lower case (f) has 2 dots because keeping 1 or both arms extended (as in the (t)) would appear 2 much as a capital letter. the symbols i made thinner than the letters so they don't bolden - out the letters. the capital (d) i kept same look as lower case (d) because capital (D)looks too much as the vowel (o). i gave lower case (g) & (j) special hooks because they could not perfectly align as most letters. the (t) has no right arm so it can symmetrically align with other letters.
The theme for this typeface is the word 'Filthy'. The letterform's structures are based on dust and the way it separates when a finger is dragged through it. Dust collects on objects that have been untouched for periods of time, often through neglect. The use of negative space and lack of border draws attention to the dot-work dust that forms around the accents of the letters. As a finger cleans dust, larger piles form where there is a change in direction. This helps identify the individual characters whilst keeping a minimalistic approach. This font can be used for headings and posters, or shop designs and logos. I have always felt this font would go well on a burger shack to help give a rustic or edgy look.
