The Arabic letters are taken from a 7-pin dot matrix printer.

The Eastern Arabic (Arabic-Indic numerals) are taken from digital clocks from the Cairo Metro (WEIRD!).

​​The Western Arabic numerals are taken from a vintage Iranian scoreboard made in the 70s (the numbers 2 and 0 are edited).

I also added Cyrillic (Russian + Bulgarian), with the regular lowercase letters

The uppercase Cyrillic letter shcha (sometimes written as "scha" or "šča") is written similarly to Old Church Slavonic.
